Success stories at Signature Orthodontics

This patient had severe upper crowding. He was particularly embarrassed about the instanding upper lateral incisors and the prominent canines. He was treated with self-ligating fixed appliances to align his teeth without any permanent tooth extractions.

This patient was deeply unhappy with the “sticky out fang teeth.” He also had a bilateral crossbite (narrow upper arch). He had a quad helix, headgear and self-ligating fixed braces to achieve this lovely result and no teeth were extracted.

Karen was unhappy with her divergent upper incisors and her ageing dentition. She preferred not to have a lower brace, so an upper clear brace was used and the upper central teeth were enhanced with tooth coloured composite. She also had a new lower crown.

Clarity Advanced braces were used to close the large spaces which the patient found embarrassing.

He was understandably very unhappy with the gaps and often hid his smile as he was very self-conscious. Upper and lower ceramic braces were used to close the gaps and align the teeth. Permanent retainers were fitted and the importance of retention stressed. He is totally delighted and can’t stop smiling. Treatment duration was 18 months.

This patient was miserable due to her teeth. She had an ectopic canine tooth in the palate, narrow upper dental arch, and prominent and rotated upper teeth. The ectopic tooth was aligned using a surgically attached gold chain and she had two upper premolars extracted along with a quad helix and fixed metal braces. Treatment time was over 24 months but "well worth it!"

This patient was unhappy with the crossed over front teeth and the narrowness of her dental arches. Preet treated her with self-ligating braces and a non-extraction approach to achieve this lovely result.

There was minimal crowding of the teeth. However, this troubled the patient to the extent that she rarely smiled. She had been refused treatment elsewhere and was very embarrassed, so she opted for hidden Incognito braces that were fitted on the back of her teeth. She was delighted with the result, which only took a few months.

This young girl disliked "everything about her teeth" and had metal fixed braces to correct her crowding. She obtained this lovely result in around 18 months.

This patient was unhappy with the "pointy upper teeth". She had a removable brace followed by fixed braces to achieve this beautiful result. No teeth were extracted.

This patient was deeply distressed by her reverse bite. She also disliked the crowding and did not wish to have jaw surgery to correct the main cause of this. She opted instead to have extraction of four teeth and fixed braces to move the teeth into the correct relationship.

This patient had a reverse overjet or class III bite. She had no teeth removed and metal fixed braces were worn to correct her to a class I bite with normal overjet. Total treatment time was 15 months.
