This patient had severe upper crowding. He was particularly embarrassed about the instanding upper lateral incisors and the prominent canines. He was treated with self-ligating fixed appliances to align his teeth without any permanent tooth extractions.

This patient was miserable due to her teeth. She had an ectopic canine tooth in the palate, narrow upper dental arch, and prominent and rotated upper teeth. The ectopic tooth was aligned using a surgically attached gold chain and she had two upper premolars extracted along with a quad helix and fixed metal braces.
